Business subscriptions
Subscription terms
Effective September 11, 2026. These terms cover a business using the Odarius restaurant operations platform. They do not cover a restaurant's own guests, who order and pay under that restaurant's terms.
1. Who we are
Odarius is the platform and subscription name. Its restaurant capabilities include point of sale and the connected operational views enabled for a subscriber. Odarius is built and run by SARL Choice Mini Market, registered at 15 rue de Coralita, Quartier d’Orléans, 97150 Saint-Martin. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Contact us at hello@odarius.com.
2. Access is by invitation
During private testing a business asks for access and we decide whether it is a fit. We may decline or end an invitation at any time before a paid subscription starts.
3. Plans and prices
POS Lite is free and stays free; it is not a trial and there is no separate trial of paid plans. Paid modules, Pro and extra locations are billed per the pricing page and the amount shown at checkout, in US dollars. Prices are what you pay: no tax is added. Pro includes the modules listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe; a module we add later is not included automatically.
4. Billing and renewal
You pay at the start of each billing period — monthly, every six months or yearly, as you chose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Card details are handled by Stripe; Odarius never stores your card number.
5. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; paid modules stay on until the end of the period you already paid for, then your workspace continues on POS Lite. Payments are not refunded, including for part of a period. We may refund in a particular case at our discretion, and nothing here removes a right the law does not let us remove.
6. Missed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we let you know. If it still has not been paid after the retries, paid modules switch off and your workspace continues on POS Lite. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed.
7. Changes to prices or plans
We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel before it does. A change never rewrites a period you have already paid for.
8. Your data
Your business data is yours. We process it to run the service for you and for nothing else, and we do not sell it. You can export it from Settings → Data. If you close your workspace we keep its data for 60 days so you can export it, then delete it — except billing and payment records, which we keep for 10 years because the law requires it. We hold what we need to run your account: names and emails of the people you invite, your business details, and the security logs that protect the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; hosting and storage by Supabase and Cloudflare.
9. Using Odarius properly
Keep your logins safe, give staff only the access they need, and remove people who leave. Do not use Odarius for anything unlawful, do not try to break into it or disrupt it, and do not resell it. You are responsible for the prices, taxes and menus you enter for your own customers.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep Odarius running and backed up every day, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or fixed response times. Support is provided by the people who build it through the contact details published on this site.
11. Suspension
We may suspend a workspace for unpaid charges, abuse, fraud or a security threat. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
12. Liability
Odarius is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Sint Maarten, and its courts decide any dispute.
14. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update this page and its date, and for a change that matters to a paying subscriber we tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
