Beta-access requests

The current request form does not send information to a website database. It prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing leaves your device through the form until you choose to send that email.

If you send a request, Odarius uses the information to assess beta suitability, contact you, plan an appropriate test, and manage the invitation process. Please do not send identity documents, licenses, payment details, confidential financial records, employee data, or customer data at this stage.

Public website data

The current standalone website does not set advertising cookies, run behavioral advertising, or include third-party analytics. Basic hosting and security logs may still record technical details such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time.

Odarius mobile apps

This section covers Odarius POS, Odarius KDS, Odarius Driver, Odarius Manager and Odarius Staff on Android and iOS. The apps are work tools for businesses that use Odarius. You can only use them with an account your employer or venue has created for you.

What the apps collect. Depending on the app and your role:

• Account details: your name, email address or phone number, role, and the venue you work for.
• Work records: orders, sales and payment records, kitchen tickets, deliveries, tasks, schedules, clock-in and clock-out times, and messages between staff.
• Photos you choose to take in the app, such as a receipt, a delivery at the door, or a stock item. The camera is only used when you open it.
• A notification token for your device, so the app can alert you to new orders, deliveries or messages.
• Basic technical data such as app version, device type and error reports, used to keep the service running.

Why. This information is used only to provide the service to your venue: taking and fulfilling orders, running the kitchen and deliveries, recording working time, and letting managers run their team. It is not used for advertising, and the apps do not use an advertising ID.

Payments. Card payments on Odarius POS are processed by Stripe. Odarius does not store full card numbers.

Sharing. Your information is visible to authorised people at your venue according to their role. It is processed by service providers that host and operate the service (for example database hosting, push notifications and payment processing) only for that purpose. It is never sold.

Security. Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited by account and role. You can use your device’s biometric unlock to open the apps; biometric data stays on your device.

Retention and deletion. Work records are kept for as long as your venue uses Odarius and for any period the law requires (for example tax and wage records). To correct your data or delete your account, ask your venue manager or email hello@odarius.com. We will delete or anonymise data that no longer needs to be kept.

Retention and sharing

Beta-request information should be kept only as long as needed to evaluate the request, communicate with you, administer an agreed beta, or meet applicable obligations. It is not sold. Service providers may process information only when needed to operate communication, hosting, security, or an invited account.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete your information, withdraw before joining, or ask how your information is being used by emailing hello@odarius.com. Applicable rights can differ by location.

Changes

Odarius is still in beta. If analytics, online form storage, new service providers, or additional data uses are introduced, this notice will be updated before those changes go live.
